While I do accept returns and exchanges, I ask that you please measure your window or where you plan on hanging your suncatcher to see if you need the length adjusted. If so, please let me know during checkout in the "Order special instructions" box.

Due to the very delicate nature of the suncatchers minimizing the amount of time it spends in the mail is imperative. If you need to return/exchange and the suncatcher is damaged in transit during this process, unfortunately you will be responsible for any loss in value caused by said damage.

Materials

Handmade with:
Decorative brass accents
18k gold plated chain
genuine crystal (not acrylic)

The suncatcher is attached to a small hook that allows you to easily hang it from a cup hook, S hook, nail, curtain rod or even a wood branch.

Care

Brass may develop a natural patina over time. I include a brass polishing cloth with every order that you can use to clean and shine the brass if ever necessary.

The suncatchers are intended for INDOOR USE ONLY as they can be damaged if left out in the elements.

Packaging

All of my packaging is made from eco-friendly recycled materials! I do not use any plastic in my packaging.

In an effort to reduce waste, I do not include a packing slip in packages. If you would like a packing slip, please leave me a note in the Order Special Instructions box at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

I am happy to accept returns and exchanges! However, please keep in mind that I had craft each item to your custom specifications making each item unique.

Therefore, I kindly ask that you measure carefully before placing your order. As a small business minimizing returns is imperative and it also ensures you receive the perfect fit.
